Interim Innkeeper Training:  Hands on seminar for those interested in a career as an interim innkeeper or inn sitter.  This class covers the operational side of running a bed and breakfast owned by someone else.  In addition, the class will go over setting up and marketing your own interim innkeeping business. Actual hands on experience at an established B&B including interaction with guests.
