2012 Mumbo Jumbo Gumbo Cook-Off - Mardi Gras Carnival Parade Lodging Special at Eastholme

On February 18, 2012 marks the 20th annual Carnivale Parade in Manitou Springs. The festivities begin with the Mumbo Jumbo Gumbo Cook-Off in Soda Springs Park, judging starts at 10:45 and public tastings begin at 11 a.m., followed by the spectacular Carnivale Parade at 1 p.m.
